Bread - Irresistible Whole Wheat Challah
A challah made with whole wheat flour and sweetened with honey gets a lift from wheat gluten, and optional extra yumminess from raisins. Recipe makes 2 loaves.

Cheese - Broiled Grouper Parmesan
Fresh grouper is my absolute favorite. It is a mild fish and this recipe may entice even those who don't like fish to make it a favorite. The recipe is super easy and can be served with a minimum preparation and cooking time. Perfect for a warm summer evening supper. Garnish with lemon twists and parsley before serving.
Salad - Ruby Red Layered Salad
First come the raspberries and raspberry gelatin layer. Then comes the sour cream layer. Then the crushed pineapple, cranberry sauce and cherry gelatin layer. Then come the raves from your eight dinner guests.
